There was great excitement in school on Pancake Tuesday, 21st February as the pupils all took part in mixing batter and cooking pancakes. The ingredients were discussed and we all got down to making the batter. Once the batter was made it was time to think about favourite toppings and fillings.
Everyone had a hand in the cooking and were all delighted to sample the pancakes which were ready just before lunchtime.
