We welcomed Geraldine O’Sullivan to the school to demonstrate the art of spinning and weaving. The pupils learned about the history of spinning and weaving in Ireland and all got to try their hand at spinning using a spinning wheel. They then all took to weaving and everyone produced a woven wristband and some other woven decorations.
